Following the innovative spirit that characterizes the ZAYER team, we have developed a new cycle that will be added to the APPS implemented to date by the R +D+i Department.

ZAYER APPS

This time it is a „interpolation of 5 axis + 1 rotary axis“.

This cycle allows the head to be tilted at any angle (0.001 °), and from this position, simultaneously interpolate the 3 linear machine axes (X, Y, Z) combined with the rotary axis of the milling head unclamped.

In this way we can work with much shorter tools, which will allow us to carry out rough milling or at the same time, finishing operations that requires better finishes or accuracy.

The use of shorter tools implies at the same time to be able to minimize the vibrations that would otherwise be able to suffer with longer tools longer or prolonged tools.
