Finished machine installation at AUDI TOOLING BARCELONA – ATB

Four months have passed since the 4th April when Zayer finished the acceptance of the TEBAS 6000 machine in AUDI TOOLING BARCELONA, fulfilling from the beginning the demands and expectations of our customer. AUDI TOOLING BARCELONA trusted Zayer as a supplier for the machining solutions for its dies. The bought TEBAS machine is equipped with two milling heads ( 45ᵒ Aut indexing head 360.000 positions, 6.000 rpm and with a finishing 35ᵒ Aut milling head with 24.000 rpm). As well has got the following specifications: Table size 6.200×2.500 mm, distance between columns 3.500 mm, longitudinal travel 6.000 mm, cross travel 4.250 mm, vertical travel 1.500 mm, HIDENHAIN iTNC 530 HSCI, Frank Kessler main motor with 45 kW, cameras under the cross beam, complete enclosure, probes for measuring the tools and the Zayer system for self calibrating of milling heads ICAL.
