ZAYER LAUNCHES ITS NEW MULTITASK CENTER AT 30 BIEMH

ZAYER will be present at the 30 BIEMH which will take place in Bilbao from 20th May to 1st June, launching its new proposal of  multitask center ARION G.

ZAYER presents the ARION G Machining Center, which unifies the milling and turning capacity in one machine, allowing the customer to perform different operations without having to release the piece, obtaining considerable time and cost savings.

The ARION G is provided with rotary table with a torque motor, diameter 2000 mm and a large load capacity, 20 t. It has been equipped with a 45º head continuous rotation with electrospindle 42 kW – 15,000 min^-1 with internal locking for turning operations, thus becoming the flexible proposal for milling and turning in the same machine.

ARION G will be exhibited with a full enclosure with ceiling, without interfering in the visibility of the operator during the maneuvers of loading and unloading of part, as well as in the machining, measurement and control of the same. It incorporates all the know-how and experience of Zayer both in technology and in ergonomics, a variable that is increasingly demanded in the market. Its control panel adjustable in height facilitates the operator’s handling.
