ZAYER has understood the digital era and the technological revolution as a scenario full of opportunities and has chosen the EMO fair in Hannover, one of the most important fairs worldwide, to present the technology and services to face the new reality.

HORUS, the new 4.0 service platform; the NEOS machine, a high-speed machining center, and more than 20 apps will be the strong points.

The new 4.0 service platform helps to understand the machine in an intuitive and simplified way, so you can take full advantage of its potential. ZAYER believes that the user and the machine must form a coordinated team to be able to transparently perform the most demanding tasks. The system of monitoring and analysis of machines helps to perform an exhaustive analysis of each machine, offering:

• Real-time monitoring
• Production analysis
• Energy consumption for predictive maintenance
• 3D head position simulator
• Camera surveillance of the machining process
• Alarms for safety, operation and maintenance

The ZAYER machining center, NEOS 4000 to be exhibited during the fair is a high-speed Gantry type machine, with travels in X 4000, Y 4000 and Z 1500 mm. The versatility is guaranteed with its three heads:

• Direct outlet head, 43 kW – 6000 min^-1
• 30º head, 43 kW – 6000 min^-1
• 30º head with electrospindle, 24 kW – 24.000 min^-1

The 30º heads have two planes of rotation and can work clamped in positioning every 0,001º and in continuous rotation. The tool magazine is mixed (ISO 50 / HSK A63) with capacity for 30 tools.

Reliability and precision are guaranteed thanks to a structural design, calculated to guarantee stability under variable ambient conditions and to maintain volumetric accuracy. The cross beam is light and very rigid because of its interior design that manages to distribute the weights optimally to the longitudinal carriages and beds of the machine. In addition, the arrangement of the guides mounted on the cross beam in two planes at 90° guarantees the geometry in the Y-Z plane over the entire width of the machine.

To complement the machine and the HORUS platform, Zayer has more than 20 APPS. Applications created to simplify complex machining, which have been programmed to meet the requirements of the most demanding customers. These applications facilitate the work of the CNC programmer, significantly increasing the productivity of the machine and the operator. ZAYER offers a custom application development service to solve the customer’s needs.
