ZAYER presents a machine WITH HEIGHT and EXCLUSIVE TECHNOLOGY

In this 32nd edition of the BIEMH, ZAYER presents the KAIROS V5 16000 model.

This moving column milling machine not only impresses with its size, but also with its advanced technology. With a vertical travel of 4,000 mm and cross travel of 2,000 mm, it is capable of machining parts with the most complex geometries thanks to its automatic 30º head, 360,000 positions. It is a machine focused on machining of large components.

A HIGH CAPACITY AND PRECISION MACHINE

The KAIROS V5 16000 can machine parts up to 4 m high and 16 m long, optimizing productivity thanks to its length of travels and its 30º automatic head. The possibility of incorporating rotary tables allows the pendulum work option to be activated, increasing efficiency and flexibility in machining. Without a doubt, one of our flagship machines.

Heads

The machine is equipped with several heads.

• 30º head, 360,000 positions
• Direct outlet head
• Extended L shaped head

Extension head can be attached to both the 30º head and the direct outlet head, maximizing its capabilities.

Equipment

The KAIROS V5 16000 is equipped with a fixed table of 12,000 x 4,000 mm and a rotary table of 3,500 x 2,500 mm with linear travel of 2,000 mm, allowing you to work in several areas thanks to the pendulum work option. (For reasons of space, these tables will not be shown at the fair).

EXHIBITION AT THE 32 BIEMH

The KAIROS V5 will be exhibited at the BIEMH machine tool fair in its 32nd edition, where it will simulate the machining of a spectacular part. It was time to make a change regarding our presence at the fair, after several editions showing bridge, gantry and bed type machines, we proudly returned with a milling machine from the moving column range.

FINAL DESTINATION

The KAIROS V5 that will be exhibited is intended for a German customer with several production plants, a subcontractor specialized in the machining of high added value parts. After its exhibition at the fair, the machine will be installed in one of its machining plants, but not before generating great expectations among visitors to the BIEMH!
